Decora’ A Pioneer PVC Compounding in Pakistan, boasts a legacy of three decades. Founded by Haji Muhammad Islam in 1976, our company began by producing cable compounds for various manufacturers. We later expanded into shoe compound production, serving major shoe manufacturers across the country. Today, Decora stands as a trusted brand, fulfilling our vision of locally producing previously imported plastic materials.
In 1982, we started as ITTEFAQ PVC Pipes, followed by Asian Cable for electric cables in 1984. Taking another leap in 1988, we proudly launched Vinyl floor tiles and sheets. Today, Decora Plastic Industries is one of the largest manufacturers of PVC and vinyl floor tiles in Pakistan. With an extensive range of designs and colors, our flooring has earned national recognition for its exquisite craftsmanship and exceptional designs.
In 1995, we unveiled our groundbreaking PVC waterstoppers for the PARCO project. Endorsed by MAROBINI consultants and tested in Japan, Decora PVC Waterstoppers met global standards. Certified by TEXAS RESEARCH INSTITUTE (TRI) USA, PCSIR Laboratories Karachi, and Central Testing Laboratory (PITAC) Lahore, our water stoppers garnered acclaim. In 2006, Decota Plastic Industries earned the prestigious 150-9001:2000 certification. Today, Decora PVC Waterstoppers adorn mega projects, commercial ventures, and residential constructions alike, shaping a new era in construction solutions.

High Density Polyethylene Geomembrane Available in smooth and textured surface, 0.25-2.0mm thick with a maximum of the width of 2m, and length according to the requirements. Textured surface films provide great friction resistance. Colored Geomembranes are also available upon request. Textured asperity can also be manipulated to meet project needs. A linear polymer, High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) is prepared from ethylene by a catalytic process. The absence of branching results in a more closely packed structure with a higher density and somewhat higher chemical resistance than LDPE. HDPE is also somewhat harder and more opaque and it can withstand higher temperatures (120°C for short periods and 110°C continuously. This is the most widely used geomembrane in the world due to its inexpensive material cost. HDPE lining material is an excellent product for large applications that require UV and Ozone resistance, chemical resistance, or high-quality installations. One of the main uses of HDPE is for landfill baseliners, Waste lagoons, Pond lining, Aquacultures, and mining applications where its chemical resistance is used to good effect. HDPE is best used as an exposed lining material and has the UV resistance required for many years of outstanding service.
Poly Vinyl Chloride Geomembrane Available in a smooth surface with thickness ranging from 1.5-3.0mm thick with a maximum width of 1.5m, and a maximum length of 50m per roll. Colored PVC Geomembranes are also available upon request. Highly effective water proofing is achieved by bonding liner ends / joints using a hot air welding torch or special solvents/adhesives. PVC Geomembrane is constructed in a single layer. It is composed of PVC Resin, Plasticizer, Pigments, and Specialty Additives.
